Un reconocimiento muy grande para los dos muchachos de recepción (turno tarde y turno noche). Fueron muy amables, muy agradables y nos apoyaron a mi mamá y a mi con transporte en la noche después de un evento un poco lejos y complicado de llegar.
Les agradecemos muchísimo el apoyo y el servicio tan increíble que nos brindaron en nuestra estadía.

The hotel was beautiful colonial charm in every corner, bed was comfy, clean, the buffet breakfast really good, friendly staff and great location very close to the archeological site of Teotihuacan!

Perfect location for visiting Teotihuacan early when the gates open at 8.00. A relaxed friendly environment and the pool in the central court was lovely. The staff were great. Breakfast buffet was good, dinner slightly limited choices. Room was small but clean and cheerful. Probably a better place for a short stay than a loved one. I would go again for a similar purpose.

Location was ideal. The room was clean, with a pleasing design and comfortable bed. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the restaurant in the hotel was never open but there are numerous places to eat nearby so just plan accordingly. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again!
