This place is in a great location, just a short walk from the main train station and the cathedral. A short stroll out the door and you can experience the Rhine riverfront, or turn left and head into various market squares. Our double room was very spacious with a large bathroom and clothing storage. This was a great selection and we will definitely stay here again!

Great location but comes at the cost of hearing nearby party goers throughout the night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower had fantastic water pressure and heat but the sliding glass door didn't seem sealed properly because it created a puddle outside afterwards.

Room and facilities excellent but TV had no signal (Not needed,so did not report. Friday and Saturday night, noise from disco next door until 1.00 am. Despite good soundproofing from street noise, drumbeats intruded.
Staff sympathetic and helped in every other possible way with my requests. Nothing was too much trouble and electric kettle provided on request for hot drinks in my room.

最高 When we arrived the staff were so helpful, our room was ready early so we got to check in. The rooms were absolutely spotless and modern, the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The hotel is in a prime location, right near the cathedral and bars. We never had to use a taxi besides to and from the airport. Could not fault this hotel in the slightest. Highly recommend.
