This hotel is old. shangri_Ra is older but offers better experience at a much cheaper price. I will not book this hotel in the future

Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is convenient. But some areas need improvement. Although I asked for a non smoking room, the whole corridor smelt of smoke and so did the room. I was also a little disappointed that my request for high floor with a view was not met. In terms of the common facilities, the toilet on ground floor smelt like a public toilet even though key access was required. There was also no one to help open the door when you have luggages to carry as you enter the lobby.

We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, as there are many restuarants nearby. Staff are good and rooms are clean.

Got upgrade to executive corner room, free access to the executive lounge, nice hotel staffs, Holiday Plaza shopping mall next doors to the hotel.

Great location and food near by. Gaby the concierge was very helpful

There is a coffee machine but no coffee capsules. The room was a little dated and the corridors didn’t seem to smell fresh
