Lovely room helpful front desk good breakfast

Good stay in an ideally placed hotel. Good value. The room was ok but narrow and long so felt a little odd.

An excellent hotel in a very central location, with a good buffet breakfast. Highly recommend.

We have only complaint- the bar was under our room. So it was extremely noisy and impossible to sleep up to 4 a.m. For sure, hotel can't pretend to be 3,5 star with no conditioners in the room. Also, our room was too small in the size. Location, breakfast and staff are good. Thanks for a clean room. Honestly, I am in doubt I would stay here again.

How can you call this wheelchair accessible room. We had to make some changes in the room so my whife could come in to the room! I’m happy she had a rollator so she could come in to the toilet! We sleept good in the bed anyway.

Seccond time i stay here, everything was good. Would like a fan in the room summertime and fried eggs for breakfast, otherwise great value for money

Pros: The staff is very helpful and friendly! Hotel is right in the heart of Old Town and everything is within 10 mins walk. Rooms had good noise control. I could not hear anything from room next door. Breakfast had a great selection. Cons: Rooms can get warm due to poor air circulation, but those issues are expected from a historical building. They provided a fan as soon as I asked. People with mobility should make sure they get a room with lift access. I had to walk up stairs to get to my room, but that was no problem for me.
