The location is very convenient but they don’t have an elevator so if you have a big luggage, it might be a bit challenging to bring to your room.

We arrived very late and had informed the property in advance. Upon arrival, the staff member at the desk had no access to the booking system, which made resolving a check-in issue unnecessarily complicated. Furthermore, the room featured a small balcony that was completely covered in bird droppings, which was highly unhygienic and disgusting. When we brought this to the staff's attention, no one was sent to clean it, nor were we offered an alternative room. Since the room had no fan or AC and it was extremely hot, we were forced to sleep with the balcony door wide open, leaving us exposed to the filthy conditions outside all night. The next morning, the receptionist admitted she was already aware of the issue. Despite this, management failed to offer any form of compensation, gesture of goodwill, or refund. This was an incredibly poor experience, and we absolutely do not recommend this hotel

Convenient location

We stayed for 2 nights. Our arrival was very late, however, the receptionist was very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location to access mont st-michel is super. Very short distance for walking or to the stop of the shuttle. There are a couple of eating locations near the hotel. Its a very centric hotel to also do a day trip to St-Malo. Overall our stay was incredible and the view from our balcony is worth a lot!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Very convenient location that is walkable to Mont Saint Michel. Would stay there again. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

Restaurant is close during our stay, slow season. Shuttle pick up is very close.

Stayed one night while visiting Mont St Michel. Hotel was very nice, room a good size and very clean. Staff was very congenial and allowed us to check in early. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Hotel is close to visitor center if you area catching a tour to the Mont and right on the road leading to the island if you are planning to walk. Lovely stay.

Die Lage ist perfekt um Le Mont St. Michel zu sehen und zu erreichen. Insbesondere wenn man Zimmer mit Balkon bucht - der Blick ist traumhaft. Das Personal sprach sehr gut englisch und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber alles sehr frisch und ausreichend.
