Great, relaxing, cozy, experience. Staff were very kind and accommodating to our request for a late check out. Hotel is close to town and the park which made riding a bike around very pleasant. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous and perfect place to stay, a solid 10 out of 10. Room was breathtaking, all of wood, with a great private balcony. We had the best time, and felt it was nicely located and so peaceful and quiet. The owners were lovely, and so was their adorable sweet tiny dog! Breakfast was also delicious, and the café phin was a great touch :) Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We hope to come visit you again in a few years 😊

Our stay at Phong Nha Mountain House was the best of my trip travelling for 6 weeks. The room in a wooden stilt house overlooking the pond and mountains in the distance was beautiful. The beds were super comfy and the size of the room and bathroom were great. Breakfast was delicious and was prepared right on the time we chose - the breakfast spot was absolutely beautiful. The family that run the property were absolutely lovely and were always very attentive, helpful and friendly. They also have the cutest little dog Even though the hotel is a bit outside of Phong Nha my favourite part of our trip was actually cycling into and out of town on the free bike that was provided. If I am ever to come back to Phong Nha I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely family run tree house style cabins. Excellent breakfast and use of bikes to go into the centre of town. Very clean and comfortable with very kind hosts.

Tout était parfait. L'endroit est magnifique. Les gens sont très gentils. La chambre était très propre. J'étais déçue de ne rester à cet endroit seulement qu'une nuit.

I highly recommend staying at Phong Nga Mountain House. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The hostess and her family showed the epitome of hospitality and thoughtfulness. I arrived too early, so the room wasn't ready. When I came back to check in, the hostess already turned on the AC and hot water for the shower for me. I had to check out at 5am and the hostess was already up and prepare a take away breakfast for me. I would stay there again if I am in town again. The only negative was the dining area is swarming with mosquitos that bite through the pants.

Good location in Phong Nha, walk to restaurants or use their bikes. The staff are wonderful and the breakfasts were excellent. The Villas are a little small but very clean and just off the street so you don't hear the traffic. Beds were comfortable and had a good sleep here. If ever back in Phong Nha we would stay here again.

The staff are really friendly and happy to help. The location is quieter as slightly out of town, but bicycles can be hired for free from the hotel and everything is really easy to get to. I ate my evening meals there and the owner made me really great vegetarian food. Breakfast was included and really very good as well. The hotel is basic, but the sheets are clean and the location is convenient. I’d stay again!

The owner and her family were very kind and helpful! The meals were all excellent.
