am very disappointed with my stay. We paid extra for a room with two queen beds but were given one king bed instead. The room had a bad odor, the shower design was unsafe and I almost slipped several times, and tonight I found a large cockroach in the room. I paid for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay, but this experience has been unacceptable and I am unable to sleep. I request an immediate solution and appropriate compensation.and whole refund for my money

Newly renovated and friendly staff, but in a very questionable area and right off a loud street. Would not stay at again.

Love the food

Not well maintained. Parking was stressful.

I have been a long time member but what happened this time around brake my heart. First of all the check in process was fine Second of all they are trying to update the property and that's a good sign Room are clean and smells good But my main reason for this review is based on the way the staff handle situation with the breakfast The staff new it is father's day weekend so they were going to be busy they new that the milk ran out on Sunday father's day so on Monday morning I saw a father and his son walk to the breakfast room the little boy got cereal when they went to the icebox for milk there was nothing I went to the front office and notified the staff and that's when I heard the staff laugh and blaming each other for not picking up the milk When I went back to my table I saw this young boy with a cup of water and his father trying to have eat the cereal because the father didn't want to waste the food. It's sad to me because my parents were the same way about not wasting food Buy time i got back up to go to a store near by the father and son got up and looked like they were leaving My question is were is the manager if I was employed with this hotel I would of go and get it myself that's how you show you care about the people that pays your wages. This manager needs to train his staff about caring for customers You have knots berry farm down street and Disneyland a few miles away great locations on Beach Blvd Holiday Inn have to do better

Relatively good hotel for travellers

Friendly staff, property needs little more updates on the structure, rooms looks clean and breakfast was good

The room was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly. Air conditioning was great. When we walked into the room it was so fresh. We took a dip in the pool which was very clean. Then we had a quick workout in the fitness center. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
