No nearby shops, small amount of kitchen equipment, cutlery, few plates and you have to wash and put away all equipment used.

Unfortunatley you get what you pay for. Only plus this accommodation is within easy walking distance to Wolf brook Arena. Staff were helpful as parking was a bit of an issue. Fridge was filthy , jug greasy and fingerprints all over it and the shower was pathetic no pressure at all, we had to screw the head off and use it like a tap to wash soap off, bench in bedroom has left over rubbish sitting on it. Honestly glad we were only staying the one night.

a place to rest your head on a boys weekend, would not take want to take the family there

Although the accommodation was price accordingly to the quality of the accommodation, it was not clean or bug free. Pretty low standard of presentation, plates, cups and utensils. Even a power point face plate was damaged you could see wires behind it. The tv did not appear to be able to channels……really really poor. You really get what you pay for here.

Really disappointed, first suit stunk like mould and bleach, got moved to another suit. door and window broken. We had to sleep with a kitchen chair up against the door. Smoke alarm battery dead and alarm expired in 2022. Rips and holes in walls, grubby floor and bathroom. Beds were comfy

Staff nowhere to be found. Number on google doesnt work, and the cell number i had to ring over 5 times to get an answer. Got into room, smelled musty, old food and foul- like it had been used for some sort of emergency housing. Place was tidy however due to stains all over carper throughout and smell i could not stay here. I booked somewhere else down the road.

2 days before coming to stay, they canceled. Apparently the room was damaged. I wouldn't use them ever.

The room was massively neglected. Un clean plates, cutlery tray. Mould on shower screen, tv with no remote (which was reminded about 3 hours later). Grounds were rough to say the least, rubbish & overgrown. Staff seemed unavailable, office wasnt open whole stay

Staff were very friendly, we stayed in family suite and it was clean

Clean room . Good amount of blankets. Great cleaning staff. Good kitchen and shower
