I always have a great experience at this hotel. Close enough to everywhere I want to go and far enough away from the noise of the nightlife.

What makes this Hotel somewhat good is the location and the proximity to the beach, having said that it is sad to see its overall condition, it is in desperate need of a major refurbish or at least a facelift, as it has tremendous potential. One of the major drawbacks is its lack of a pool. I had read reviews regarding unhelpful and rude staff but we didn’t encounter any of that, the staff were friendly and accommodating, no issues there. If you’re there for a long stint.. you better like boiled eggs and bacon before that’s all there is EVERY day, the breakfast never deviates one item, boiled eggs, bacon, ham, little frankfurts, toast, garlic bread, little stick doughnuts and two cereals, the same two soups are also present every day, the fruits and salads are fresh, that I must say, obviously there is no onsite kitchen and everything is brought in from elsewhere. If you have children or have a few drinks and decide to go out onto the balcony be aware that the balcony railing is unusually low to the point of being unsafe, it’s hard to fathom that it actually passed safety standards! The wifi is terribly erratic and unreliable as well. As I said.. location and the ocean view saves this Hotel. Cheers.

The stay here was great. Beach view was amazing.. it was out of the way of the real hustle and bustle. The street is allways busy but the loud music was far down the beach. The staff was great. Breakfast was good everyday. American style. Shower was hot, rooms were kept very clean. I dont see why anyone would complain, if your complaining your probably never happy with anything anyways. The location was very good. Everything a few steps away, and only about 1 km from where the real craziness begins if that's what your into. The beach was across the street and you can easily rent a beach chair and shade for 100 baht. No one bugs you on the beach like in the carribean. The police had a very big presense and you felt very safe no matter which road you walked down. And the prices are absolutely on the lower end..

There were crawling bugs from ants to beetles. TV was not working. I paid extra for the ocean view but there a a giant electrical tower in front view. Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful, seemed angry when I asked questions. Toilet did not flush properly with seat moving and there was mold everywhere. The place seemed run down.

Close to everything. The view is awesome from the room.

Rude staff and especially a receptionist her name is Ann. If you request a towels on your checking morning to take a shower , she tells you “no towels for you, you are checking out”.
