The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room had everything I needed. The location is very good for access to the sea and to the city via the tram system.

Bathroom door doesn’t open bc toilet is in the way. No shower curtain. Constantly hitting feet on raised stone threshold to bathroom.
Required to leave room key at front desk when you go out for the day. When you get back to the hotel you can get your key from the front desk staff.

This property is good but for the ambience, especially the carpets which look dirty. Hotel rating would jump up if the carpets are changed. Excellent staff who are very friendly and would go extra mile to satisfy guests. Management needs to work on the ambience.

The hotel is located in a residential area far from everything. Service and staff were mediocre, and the room felt dated. There were ants in the bathroom and the carpet was very dirty.
