Upon check in at 4:30 our room wasn’t clean and we had to wait 1.5 hours with 2 small kids. Front desk was no way helpful, concerned or apologetic.
Our room had a small area by the bed that was wet and the floor soft like you could fall though it.

A staff member named Jeremy was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was ok with omelets, bacon and cube potatoes with the usual waffles, yogurt bar, etc. The laundry machines were complimentary. We would go back.

The property was great. Our only complaint was our shower wasn’t clean. We were staying in a handicapped accessible room, the shower bench had a lot of mold under it and was very dirty. We didn’t need it to be down but couldn’t get it to lift to the wall, I thought maybe there was a latch so looked underneath for something to help/unhook and it was pretty bad. Otherwise the room was very clean and well equipped outside of the missing microwave but the front desk was eager to assist and popped our popcorn for us :).
Will definitely stay here again!
