The surrounding area is ghetto

The property is very dirty. The showers and beds were clean enough. We had 2 queen beds and were given 2 small throw pillows per bed. When I asked for extra pillows, I was given a single pillow without a pillow case and the stuffing was coming out of a large rip on the seem. Breakfast was coffee, waffles, and cereal, that's it. The hotel is in very run down warehouse like district of the city.

Horrible smell in the room. No food left 1hour before close of breakfast. Broken juice dispenser.

I am very disappointed with this check-in experience. The hotel facilities are very old, the room looks old, and the hygiene is not ideal. There is an obvious smell of urine in the room, which makes people feel very uncomfortable and seriously affects the check-in experience. I hope the hotel can pay attention to hygiene and room maintenance, and make a reasonable explanation and handling of the situation. As a guest, I was looking forward to a clean and comfortable accommodation environment

My trip was good and the staff was helpful.

It’s difficult when you look at the phone when you’re booking the hotel and when you see hotel in live. Location is perfect close to highways but when I see the staff behind the glass I felt little bit unsafe.Shortage of towels we ask for more they said they don’t have. And we almost fall asleep someone knocked on the door and they bring the towels.
