Hotel Review The cleaning staff was truly amazing. They went out of their way to leave extra towels as promised and even checked in to see if we needed anything else during our stay. Their service was the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the room itself was very uncomfortable. The bed and pillows were so unsupportive that neither of us slept through the night, and my husband woke up with a headache. We also didn’t realize there was no air conditioning, and the room became extremely hot, which made it even harder to sleep. Overall, the lack of comfort overshadowed what could have been a great stay.

It was a clean room, close to all the Tahoe fun! Nothing spectacular but would stay again .

Great!

Took a last minute trip and needed a hotel on the Fourth of July. This hotel exceeded all expectations for a studio. Very clean and had a working fireplace and tv. Self check in made it super convenient. I will be coming back when I need another cozy, chill and reliable stay.

The room was really nice and fun. Better than just staying in a regular room. The convenience of online check in and check out was the best!!!

Beautiful

I am usually hesitant to write bad reviews but this one regards fraudulent charges. The price on Expedia was $615.16 with all fees included. I get it if it was even a deposit but it was processed for $683.16. I have contacted the property directly with no return phone call and emailed to no avail. The properties ‘amenities’ were also unavailable to use. All outside furniture was dirty and I was unable to sit on because of the tree pollen that was never cleaned off and we were there for 4 days. I am so disappointed and frustrated. I expect to be charged exactly what it tells me or at least an explanation or dialogue with the property. I will never stay here again for the simple disregard for an unexplained charge.

We didn’t have to use the fireplace. It was a nice addition to the cabin feel. Very convenient location to town. Completely online check in and emailed locked door code. It was easy, convenient, cozy, a great night’s sleep. Looking forward to ski season and hoping to stay here again!

The t.v. would not play for longer than 10 seconds before glitching. There were also ants in the room in the bath sink where I washed some tupperwear.

So cozy and well decorated! Loved it
