Great hotel with a great staff! We usually stay at all inclusive large resorts so this was a different experience which we loved. The intimate feel of staying at this property was something that we'll look to have with future vacations. The room was spacious and the amenities were wonderful. Having multiple pools to choose from was definitely a plus. The staff was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs.

Very nice small hotel Hacienda style keep in mind there is no elevator so ask for a lower level room. If you have a problem with the stairs walkable too many places if you don’t have hot water, please ask them for it. This was excellent everyone is very friendly and they will always remember your room and your name

A very nice boutique hotel in a very old building offering an interesting stay

We loved our stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The staff is very attentive.

I can not say enough about this property. The staff, it was very clean, it was convenient, safe parking for the car, and it was so beautiful. The Hacienda is amazing! The wood, work the doors, the pools, the furnishings, all perfect. You mush be aware that this place is not for people who need an elevator so you must be prepared for stairs. Loved it!

This hotel is conveniently located near downtown and also Paseo Montejo. We walked to all the places from the hotel and the personnel from the hotel is very nice. We arrived at 11:30 pm and Albert received us, he was very helpful with information, Jaime also was very good. Sofia the masseuse is excellent.

I enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda. Location is super convening and the property is large , rooms are spacious and nice. Price was great. Will be back on next visit to Merida

Well restored historical building. It felt very private. We never had to share a pool with other guests as they were all located in different quarters. My two kids and I had a great stay. They also enjoyed the breakfast on premise.

In all of our years of traveling throughout Mexico. The Hotel Hacienda VIP was one of the nicest, well staffed, convenient, beautiful, well appointed, colonial hotels we've ever experienced. The entire staff and the owners were so personable, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and willing to help with any issues or questions. I have to single out Armando and Lucy. They were so helpful throughout our entire stay at the hotel. Lucy helped arrange our return shuttle ride back to the airport. And Armando was just an all around help with whatever we needed. He was always there to lend assistance whenever needed. We never got to introduce ourselves to the maid, but she was absolutely lovely. The two owners of the place were also incredible to work with. They were always available for any questions or issues and always with a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend a stay at The Hotel Hacienda VIP. Thanks, Quincy Bissic

We will be back here when we return to Merida! Albert and Isaac and crew could not have been more accommodating, and we absolutely loved our VIP suite. It surpassed expectations. Ideal location, too. We can't wait to go back!
