Great location and the staff were both accessible and informative.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast

Well located but the moment an hotel is giving me an accessibility room on ground floor is a big no for me. The night price and the room wasn’t meeting my expectations. Staff nice and friendly . Room wasn t even ready past the 3pm policy .

The hotel is located in an excellent area, and it is easy to request an Uber. The hotel is also within walking distance of many nice restaurants. Upon arrival, the air conditioner in our room was not working, and the staff did not forewarn us of the issue. However, after speaking with the front desk, we were informed that the air conditioner on the floor would be fixed later that evening, and once we returned to our room after dinner, it was. We appreciated the air conditioning being fixed quickly as we arrived in Paris during a heat wave, so having an air-conditioned room was important and greatly improved our stay. The breakfast staff was friendly and kind. Hotel common areas and the room were as pictured. Overall, would recommend.

The room was very small, which is quite typical for Europe. If you have two large suitcases, it can be difficult to move around the room without tripping. However, the balcony makes up for all the inconvenience in so many ways—we spent a lot of time there. The location of the hotel is perfect, just 5 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and about 5–7 minutes from three different metro stations. Unfortunately, and somewhat surprisingly for Paris, there was no wine opener in the room or at the reception, so make sure to bring or buy one if you’re planning to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony. As someone who really cares about pillows, I was very impressed—the hotel provides excellent ones. The only downside was the broken towel heater. Even after we asked for it to be fixed, it still wasn’t, and there was no communication from the receptionist about it. Another issue was the very small glass panel covering the bathtub—every time we took a shower, water ended up all over the floor. Overall, our experience with this hotel was great. We’d stay there again.

We had an issue with the bathtub backing up and after two calls downstairs I had to go down to the reception area to get someone to come fix it.

Yes breakfast very nice to enjoy Just information about using minibar very confusing I if you stay a day you have all minibar if you stay more than one you have to pay extra terrible and confusing so that huge minus

Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is not on the main street so no heavy traffic or noise. Breakfast is OK, even if there could be more options. Room was nice and clean.
