It’s a nice and clean hotel. The interior looks luxurious and modern. I would stay there again.

What happened to the vegan selection table during breakfast? I chose to stay here again because I thought this was a normal occurrence. Also, the room I was given had a large puddle of water when I checked in. Each room should be inspected before guests arrive. What if I fell? Other than that, the staff are kind and attentive.

Staff is wonderful, especially the restaurant staff. Loved the vegan options, I was very impressed. Warm colors made the hotel inviting. Issue: I thought I had a city view. I did not. I was too tired to go back downstairs to request to be moved. Last issue: the carpet in the elevator needs to be cleaned. Overall stay was good.

Amazing staff! Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. I really appreciated the warm Marriott member welcome. The hotel has a lot of history, which gives it wonderful charm. Breakfast was decent, though it could use more variety. Food service was a bit slow, but the staff were so friendly that it hardly mattered. Room bathroom, could use upgrading. The location is excellent, within walking distance of great restaurants and a very cool, trendy nightlife area.

Did not like that the one dinning for lunch and dinner service was very slow every time.

The hotel was short on staff at all time. No bar whatsoever and there’s nothing around the area. I feel bad for those few employees working their best to survive

Safe? Not at all because anybody can enter to the room without checking points. Property conditions? Very poor at the old building, old does not mean nasty and dirty, so if housekeepers do their jobs it will last the hotel rooms in years. Staff? Only one lady that was super nice and understanding.
