The room was not clean, I wiped down the showerhead and there was still a lot of filth on it. I could not get it all off with clorox wipes. the room needs to be aired out it does not smell good. I left because the tank above the toilet kept overflowing onto the floor every time i flushed and it smelled awful, there are definitely plumbing issues. Remember no refunds (do not get expedia insurance they are no help). Look elsewhere I do not recommend staying here unless you need somewhere very cheap for 1 night. The only highlight is that the staff are very nice.

Old rooms

This is a very basic and dated hotel, however it’s good if you just want somewhere cheap to stay near the bus station. Staff were friendly.

Inexpensive hotel. Clean and reasonably comfortable in a convenient location. Reasonable deal for the price

Friendly attitude easy to find clean but bed was a little hard aprt from that all good.

The receptionist was very helpful, I wanted to post a letter (local mail) and she said I just need to pay the postage and she would pass it to the dispatch guy to mail tomorrow with their own mails.

As this is a 1 night stay from the airport to the bus station it is a great place to stop

I stayed in a dormitory room. I was the only one there. Anyway, when I first entered the room it smelled extremely musty. Eventually that subsided. I'm not sure if there was because the air conditioner got turned on or whether I gradually got used to it. The air conditioner was barely adequate, but I slept okay, and the mattress was firm.

Check in was easy. They need a 500 baht deposit which we weren't exactly prepared for, but we're able to figure out. The staff was very welcoming. We were able to store our bags when we arrived at 7am until check in later. The bed was very hard and we had two cockroach guests, but other than that the stay was flawless.

I stayed at G9 with nothing but compliments previously. This time our room was dark, dinghy, needed cleaning and I saw several insects. I was bitten by mosquito(es) during the night. I did not talk with the staff because I arrived late and was too tired; and had to leave early the next morning. I could not get out quick enough to escape the mosquitoes.
