This is an immaculate property. The staff was very helpful and was genuinely concerned with our stay. Close to the park.

Charging for coffee pods in the room and Kirkland water bottles at 2.50 each was a disappointment. Also, no chairs outside space on our unit. Pictures show the upgraded buildings, not the building we stayed in. Was deceiving.

Wonderful quiet place to stay with nice pool and Jacuzzi. Nice staff and laundry facilities if needed with ice machine. Easy check in and plenty of parking. I would stay again. We stayed 6 nites.

Room and pool were excellent. Location was unbeatable with respect to Zion. Pool was beautiful. Walkable to restaurants and a few little shops. Laundry facilities were almost always in use - plan accordingly.

Great place to stay with easy access to Zion and a ton of restaurants and shops. New facilities clean rooms awesome pool and hot tub and super helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend and will stay here again!!

The staff were extremely helpful. The unit was well stocked with all cooking facilities plus extras - nespresso pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, bottled water, washing detergent etc. plenty of parking. Comfy beds. And terrific views.

I was sceptical going in based on the touchless automated everything entry. I had assumed that meant they were trying to avoid employing staff as much as possible. However, there are in fact staff members on site, and they were all very helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the complex is all very new and well built, so everything is in excellent condition. The pool and hot tub are nice. The laundry machines are brand spanking new (though only 2 sets of washer dryer). The only odd nit pick - the rooms are small so it makes sense they conserve space, but the tall desk with short ottomans instead of a chair makes things awkward.

We checked in via the link and were sent a door code. The room was clean with remodeled bathroom. There is no breakfast but we had a coffee maker in the room. Check out is 11am but we had housekeeper come knocking at our door before 11am which was kind of off putting. It would’ve been nice if we had some wiggle room with check out otherwise very nice hotel

This property was brilliant, every aspect of it is stunning. We had a 1 bedroom balcony villa and all the amenities were great, the check in / out process is really smooth. The villa itself is finished to a really high standard, exceptionally clean, and AC is great. The location is good, in Springdale and right by the bus stop. Pool and Hot tub are also good. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if returning! Thank you!
