Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, tasty and varied breakfast, also well located next to the tube station Cornelia on A line.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel - location is near the metro. Clean, safe area and staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are tiny, and no counter space in the bathroom but the price is right for the a stay in Rome!

We had a pre pack breakfast due to leaving before 7am. Yellow apple, crossaint, Melba toast. Very unappealing! Hotel was lovely…but we did have cockroaches. Staff did deal with it but made our stay very uncomfortable. No other rooms to move to. Such a shame as hotel was lovely. Had four hours sleep and running half marathon the next day. Had the cocktail special offer - all snacks meat based. Both vegetarian! Drinks given free as an apology for the cockroaches but feel there should have been a bigger refund.

The room and the bathroom were clean which is what i was looking for. The hotel and the area nice and quiet so ... we used a publuc transport and were feeling safe walking from the bus in the area when was already dark.

Lovely place

Absolutely disgraceful service. In the middle of a war, when all airlines cancelled and airports shut down, this hotel chose to hide behind a “non-refundable” policy instead of showing basic human decency. They even told me on the phone they *would have refunded* if I hadn’t booked through Expedia — unbelievable! Heartless and greedy. I will never forget how I was treated in a time of crisis. Travelers beware.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was updated and comfortable, and my husband especially enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is in a great location—close to the Cornelia metro station and just a 10-minute walk from a self-service laundromat that accepts Apple Pay. There’s also a fantastic fresh pasta restaurant, Tagliatella, just a short walk away. My husband appreciated staying outside the city center and taking the metro into the heart of Rome each morning. We would definitely stay here again.

I thought it was easy to find the hotel but was disappointed that my room wasn't ready when the check-in opened. The room was small, however had all the things you need. The floor wasn't well swept and was quite dirty however the rest of the room was adequate

Staff was nice. They offer complimentary juice, coffee and pastries during the day.
