Best staff EVER ! Kind, attentive, can’t do enough for you during your stay . A quick Tuk Tuk to heart of downtown maybe 3 minutes.

Loved Angkor Heart Bungalow. Exceptional hotel manager who is so attentive and helpful. Organised all of our tours, delivered platters of fresh fruit as soon as you returned to the bungalow, breakfast set up on your deck at your requested time each morning, the Cambodian breakfast excellent! Great pool which all bungalows have direct access to, would highly recommend staying here

The beat stay weve had in a very long time. We have stayed here as we celebrate 30 years of marriage and the help from all the staff was excellent from the moment we arrived to our departure. The staff were the most welcoming, helpful, warm, and friendly of anywhere we stayed in se Asia. We really felt taken care of here. I could not recommend this location enough. The bungalows are beautiful, the pool clean and well maintained. It is a short tuk tuk ride to the city center. We are coming back. Bryan and susan wadsworth.

Highly recommend!!! Words can not express the extraordinary level of service rendered. Staff were very thoughtful and cooperative throughout our stay and always one step ahead anticipating our needs. Location is highly convenient and secluded in a setting surrounded by a variety of fruit trees. Cleanliness standards were visible, and the pool was cleaned multiple times per day, and fresh towels were provided. Staff were very polite and thoughtful, as exemplified when we got off the pool. Based on the weather, we were presented with hot or cold tea and a mixed fruit platter of fruit trees within the property. It is budget friendly, ensured transportation was available, and really cheap in room spa service. Interestingly, woodened houses are a representation of minimal wealth, yet tourists flock to bungalows. The bungalow had air-conditioned, spacious, and big bathroom.

We loved to stay at Angkor Heart Bungalow, with its outstanding friendly and always helpful staff. The Bungalow had very quiet aircondition, spacious bathroom (with bathtub😉), fridge, two nearby swimming pools... and in case we needed something there was always someone to ask. Angkor Heart Bungalow lies a bit remote (opposite Phare Circus), but offers free Tuc-tuc transport into town. Only issue is that unfortunately the Hotel is situated close to Siem Reap ring road, what made it sometimes a bit noisy - but no matter, during the day you probably will be exploring temples anyway. Highly recommended!
