Very enjoyable stay. Very convenient location. Good breakfast

We enjoyed our stay overall. However, we tried to do some laundry. It was never sent out. The manager said that they would "look into it," but I never heard back. Also, the gym was dark and sad. One of the three machines didn't work. And, design-wise, the bathroom wall is a frosted glass. So, while you can't see in, the light (in the middle of the night) will flood the bedroom. Too bad for anyone else sleeping in there.

Centrally located, clean rooms and helpful staff.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. The rooms are large - much more like a U.S. hotel which was great! However, the showers are very uncomfortable and difficult to use. There was no hand soap available. No one cleaned the room the first two nights of my stay. I ran out of towels and garbage was piling up but no one answered when I called downstairs. For the higher cost of this hotel, I would expect the room to be cleaned each night.

Booking and check-in processes could not have gone better, with staff kindly upgrading us and allowing us to check in many hours ahead of schedule. Our only constructive feedback relates to in room heating, which was glitchy throughout our stay and required daily reset by maintenance personal.

Comfy bed, spacious room

Room was lovely and clean, they even pushed the beds together for me and my partner despite us booking two single beds, very lovely to walk in and see.

Room was exceptionally clean & had everything we needed.The pillows were too soft also there was a strange beeping in the room & it went on through the night. Unfortunately, the bar was booked out for an event which was a shame as they made it extremely hard to get through to access the lift. It was a bit cold in the rooftop bar but the staff up there were very helpful & put the heaters on for us but we didn’t stay as long as we might’ve. Great location for Palladium & shopping but was a little impersonal.

Gym was super small but got the job done! Everything was very clean, nice, and wonderful location. We really enjoyed our stay!! Only downside was there is no fridge or microwave
