The first thing you notice is the fancy modern building. It can be a bit of walk to the main entrance, but the staff at reception were welcoming, efficient and helpful. Our family room was ready, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The beds were nice and comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was clean and spacious including shower gel, shampooand conditioner. Everything felt good quality. Nice pool to enjoy too with towels provided, and also a games room for the kids with several things to play with. You beed to buy tokens at 1€ each. The restaurant dining was a good experience and not overly expensive. My son has a limited pallet but we still found food he would eat. Really enjoyable and good portions. I recommend the chicken caesar salad. Breakfast was buffet style and offered great choice. We would stay there again.

Enjoyed A really pleasent stay with pool and super breakfast walking distance from futuroscoop. Very nice staff as well and free parking for the whole day while visiting the park

The hotel itself was fine and convenient for our drive to southern France, however the dining was extremely limited and poor. We ate in the restaurant which was only serving a buffet. It was poor for kids meaning they barely ate anything for €30 each. My fiancée, myself and my 9 month baby were then extremely sick throughout the night likely from the chicken we tried. I informed the staff on check out and emailed the hotel management, yet have never received a response. An extremely disappointing experience from a usually reliable hotel chain. I will not use this hotel or chain again.

Swimming pool was closed, half of the machines in the gym are broken, and the restaurant was ‘full’ even though there appeared to be only two tables occupied. Overall a poor experience, particularly for a hotel which markets and prices itself as having 4 stars.

Good location for Futuroscope. Staff very helpful and good bike storage within the hotel.

Online checking, no comment, made as easy as possible, however the overall experience was slightly below what we experienced at Novotel Bordeaux in terms of reception and room comfort.

Hotel is kind of old stuff is friendly there is nothing to do around the hotel, except amusement park

Very noisy because too close from the highway. Didn’t like the room: old mattress and linen. Room and facilities are outdated. Breakfast was bad quality. Overall overpriced for the service.
