Every thing was a disaster Staff was horrible Floors were flooded with dog hair No soap no shampoo Dirty toilets Very dirty fridge When asked to clean the room They told us staff is not available

The property was lovely, in a good location and friendly staff. Although the room was clean, some things had obviously been missed by cleaning staff as there was an opened bottle of water in the fridge and item of clothing presumably left by a previous guest. The shower gel was also left with very little in it and clearly watered down and was not re-filled during our 3 night stay. Not massive issues so I would still potentially return to the hotel again.

Great location. Right next to main central tram/ bus hub. Walking distance to most main Prague attractions. Rooms were a little dated but were comfortable.

Great location close to castle, Charles Bridge, old Town square and public transportation. Staff very helpful. Room very ornate, decorated in rococo style. We happen to stay during the hottest time of year and air conditioning could not keep room cool. Otherwise I would stay again.

The property was close to all the things we want to visit and see also to a venue hosting a wedding we attended. Some of the staff were very cordial and accommodating some were not. Simple request for coffee in the morning was impossible for them to even attempt to accommodate even though there kitchen was closed and breakfast was a bag delivered night before with sandwiches cold boiled eggs yogurt and fruit. When all that was wanted was coffee before 10am.

As an individual who values living in a clean and sanitary environment, my comment may be much but the room I walked into was disgusting. Dark stains on my bed sheets from presumably a drink spilled, food crumbs on top of the sheets and furniture, tons of hair all on the carpet to where you could see clumps, and on top of all of this I inspected the underside of the bed and saw some small dark spots and some dead bugs. This grossed me and I had to unfortunately check out not even an hour into my stay and book elsewhere. The receptionist did want to help but I just couldn't feel okay sleeping in that room even if the cleaner went in again.

No water, nothing at all.

Overall, a good and simple stay the rooms are very well anointed and the service is good. No frills and trills just generally a good experience and the water pressure was good as well as well as the hot water was good so I had no issues over there. I skipped the breakfast and if you’re ready to walk a little bit, this is a good place to be. I would stay again.

Very helpful staff, the hotel clean. Well positioned for tram and transport links and all major attractions. Could of done with kettle in room
