The rooms are really Big and confortable.

Really rough shape. The room was covered in marks and stains. Everything was outdated and worn out.

Air conditioner did not work in hotel. Nobody told us about it. It was hot in the room.

Very nice stay! The location is wonderful, close to so many things but still very peaceful. Rooms were nice, clean and as expected, and the staff were all very helpful

Really enjoyed my stay! Great location with good public transport connections, while also quiet. Comfortable beds, and good amenities, especially cupboard space and fridge. Bathroom doors didn't lock easily from the inside, though staff were quick to resolve issue with one of them. Will definitely book again next time I'm in Vienna.

The room was very clean and breakfast was excellent. The biggest disappointment was that the air conditioning simply didn't work, the machinery looked very old and all it did was blow out dust. We were happy to sleep with the windows open but outside the window was a walkway to the fire escape so we felt vulnerable. The building opposite the hotel was once home to Erwin Schrödinger so there was plenty of scope for cat related humour while battling the air conditioning system.

The location was good, and people at reception were nice. I had a good experience overall. However, on my last day, the checkout time should be 11am, but a cleaning staff started to knock my door and pushed me to leave at around 9:30am. And I was offended by her annoying words and body language, which made me really upset and gave me a bad impression at last minute.

Overall, pretty good stay. Pretty close to things...walking distance was nice. The room was ok but the bathroom was not clean when I arrived, but they did it when I asked. I don't think any cleaning happened during my week long stay unless I asked, which was ok for me. As others have mentioned, the pillows are laughable. Bring your own! I'd recommend it for budget travel, though!

The hotel is rather tired, showing its age, but the bathroom and bedding are clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. No luxury, but good value for money. I had no problem finding a free parking space for my car (it was Sunday). It's a short walk to the center (15 minutes).
