This is truly a sleep and fly experience. If you need to eat or do anything else, this isn't the place for you. There is a breakfast provided in the morning, but nothing to eat or drink at any other times.

Terrible Customer Service. Actually, probably amongst the worst we've encountered internationally.
Extremely dirty. Saw bed bug looking things.
Definitely a hard pass. If I had to do it over again, I'd stay away from airport for like 1/4 f the price. When an establishment has such terrible customer service and disregard for their customers, it's a shame and really not something that should be a part of hospitality.

We stayed there for one night before flying home from Barcelona. A little difficult to find as it is in the Business Center and some of the doors to the Center were locked. Quiet room. Blackout curtain could be a bit wider as it is in Terminal 1 which is lit all night long.
They normally charge 40 euros for a late checkout but they agreed to waive the fee for a one hour delayed checkout at noon.

This property is extremely convenient for travellers. Coffee in room and clean and so quiet for an airport hotel. Good complimentary breakfast. Excellent receptionist who personally showed us where to locate the airport transit bus and showed us to our room.

The room was very clean and the check-in was easy. The breakfast had many options and was easy to access. The convenience of staying at the airport is well worth the cost.
