Check in was smooth and the room was clean also. However, from the check in to the nearest elevator, there is a 10-15 step stairs. Small lift is only for the wheelchair. This might be little uncomfortable for the ones who has the large luggage’s.
Breakfast was simple but fresh and good.

Room did not feel clean. I found blood on a towel and staff did not seem concerned or apologetic about this. Room layout was very strange, and the bed was super uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in nicer hospital rooms. Would not stay here ever again and wouldn’t recommend.

There was no wardrobe, kettle, or hair dryer, which was inconvenient.
The hot water was not always available, so the cold water came out when I was taking a shower, which was inconvenient in the cold weather.

良い When I checked in the lady was so lovely, the room reminded me of a hospital room, very clinical, but it is a budget hotel, I did leave 1 day early as well, that's what you have to expect from a budget hotel

Good location for transport to the centre. Stephansplatz is only 4 short stops on the U1. It’s an Ibis Budget, you get what you pay for.
