A great little gem of a hotel, with extraordinary friendly staff, great amenities and in the middle of Saas-Fee.
Gym is well equipped, albeit missing a rowing machine.
Spa facilities are also amazing!

Excellent as always but the roadway outside was being “worked on “, so rather noisy during the day. But not the fault of the hotel!

Great food and a nice bar
Nice spa area - pool and saunas
Super convenient with access to ski rental etc
Would be awesome if the kids club had more for older kids :-)

Overall very good. There were a couple of maintenance issues I raised with our room which unfortunately weren’t resolved during our stay (eg bath plug was not operating so bath could not be filled). There was no follow up on this to keep us informed. There was no turndown service which seemed a bit odd for a 5* hotel. Otherwise, everything was great and it is a lovely hotel.

The regular hotel shuttle to the front de neige and back again is bliss. Extremely helpful driving team. They've created a good balance of luxury and amenability. The spa is splendid and the pool area very pleasant to be around.

Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff. The hotel is in a great location, with a fantastic gym and spa. We will stay there next time we visit this delightful village.
