Great staff excellent food and drinks a home away from home thank you

Arriving late and tired it was easy to register, park car and find our room

Room clean Staff friendly & Dinner at Restaurant unreal.

Shuttle service excellent, super easy to organise. We were informed of how to arrange transport prior to our flight. And free which is always a bonus. Staff were great at check in. Hotel was able to accommodate our request for a microwave which was so helpful, I would’ve loved a bit better gym facility, however what they had I could work with. Room was big enough for 2 adults and 1 child, had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend

Nice clean rooms close to the airport. Has carpark and shuttle to the airport

No fuss when travelling to airport.

Clean and tidy. Handy to the airport - purpose of booking. Checked in at 2am staff were incredibly quick and helpful and let us park closer due to time. The biggest negative was waking up to a car alarm at 4am and it being easily heard through the glass - and kids running up and down the hallway at 7am, the fact you can hear everything in the hallway just kills the purpose of needing a good sleep before or after you travel. But other wise good.

Lovely staff and easy to check in. We had to book the night before we arrived in addition to the night we actually stayed, because we arrived to Auckland early in the morning and wanted to be sure we’d have a room available to check into. Rooms were ready upon arrival, clean and modern. The breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good too.

Reliably good place to stay. Nice staff and they were helpful when I had unforeseen difficulties with travel plans

Comfortable place to stay overnight. Close to the airport and a great transfer system provided.
