少しがっかり Everything was fine, including a large buffet breakfast daily, until our fifth and last night.... BED BUGS! :( Then everything "suddenly" (in regard to customer service) went downhill in regard to several staff members/managers "disagreeing" with us (we had photos & videos as proof), being pro-active, etc. With no laundry onsite & us being driven around (via Uber) to find a 24 hour laundromat in shady areas...we ultimately decided no one from the thotel

Lovely stay at this hotel with my two sons, the staff couldn't be more helpful, breakfast was good, rooms were spacious with all amenities. Location excellent for public transport and getting around budapest. Had a fantastic stay

All was great, the staff were helpful, room was clean but the carpet need replacing as it is stained in some areas and a bit dated. The Gym was small, but I can understand that as it is a city centre hotel and space is at premium. The hotel location was great as it is close to most attractions of the city. The shower was relaxing and convenient as the water pressure was good and the hot water was next to instantaneous. The AC was effective, cold and quite. Even though the hotel was located in the centre , the room was still quite due to two double glazing windows..
