An amazing stay! The hotel is super close to Bukhara's historic old town, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had one minor communication hiccup, but it was rectified in a flash and ultimately left a fantastic impression of their customer service.
The property itself is spotless and well-maintained with very comfortable rooms. Additionally, the breakfast was the best I had in Uzbekistan—homemade, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. Highly recommended!

Hotel located in old town. Rooms are nice and clean. Great breakfast in the morning, and very friendly staff. Picked me up late at night at the train station and also arranged my ride to airport.

For the three days I stayed at this hotel, my room had no hot water. I complained multiple times, nothing was done. I was not offered another room. The best thing about this hotel is breakfast, which is served in a nineteenth-century room.

Superb hotel, excellent location, very very close to the main sights, great breakfast , very nice service, amazing super great historical oriental vibe and atmosphere! The outside area where you have breakfast is super cosy!! strongly recommend this one when visiting Bukhara!

What a lovely hotel! The rooms and the courtyard were charming. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with multiple sweet and savory options. It was an easy walk to all the major historic sights. And the staff was unfailingly kind and helpful.
