They had the wrong room we paid for then said they would provide us a bigger room at no charge...? which was the type of room we booked. they gave us level 2 but expedia said we paid for level 3 or 4? Rooms a bit tired and out dated. Otherwise stay was ok

A few issues with our room but the staff were very helpful.
It was a busy time as there was a football carnival on and everything was booked out.
