Breakfast V level 5 star Rest 4 star

This property was perfect for our summer vacation in Dubrovnik. The location on the point was perfect, the food was really delicious and there were so many selections on the lunch and beach menu which even with 5 nights there, we couldn’t try everything. We stayed in their V level which allowed us to eat at Momenti Restaurant for breakfast, included transfers to the airport, had a separate beach and pool location, concierge counter, V level lounge with great snacks and happy hour, etc. Some of the concierges like Bruna and Dora were very accommodating and had great recommendations and the servers in the restaurant and Ruda Lounge, Ivan and Vedran were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for our family. The hotel is about a $12 Uber to Old Town and took about 10 min which was easy. The views of the Adriatic were unreal and the sunsets there were perfect. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful amenities - great service - amazing food and service. If I visit Dubrovnik again I would come back here.

We had high expectations for our family stay at this resort, especially given the premium rate of over $1,100 per night for doubkle room. The hotel itself and the staff were genuinely excellent — friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, and we truly appreciated the level of service.Unfortunately, the beach and indoor pool area fell short of what we anticipated for a luxury resort. The beach was extremely crowded, and we experienced repeated issues with local children and teenagers (some behaving like hooligans) entering the resort grounds. They used the indoor pool without permission and made inappropriate comments, which made the area feel unsafe and uncomfortable for our family. It was disappointing that the resort appeared unable to control or limit access to these non-guests.While we loved the hotel and its wonderful team, this aspect significantly impacted our overall experience. We hope management will consider stronger measures to ensure the privacy and tranquility that guests paying such high rates reasonably expect.

Beautiful room, Staff was amazing even to American travelers and food was amazing. Such a good beach and so wonderfully located between old town and the port for ferry, excursions, and such Uber rides were on average €8-€10 each way on uber just amazing will be coming back could’ve spent all 11 days of vacation here my family was so sad to leave.
