The property itself is very beautiful, with clean cottage accommodation directly in the rice fields. Be prepared to sleep alongside all creatures that inhabit this natural environment; mice, rats, rodents, frogs, birds, insects, snakes, and whatever else is out there. It felt quite like camping. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on site and both meals were tasty, enjoyable, and offered at a very reasonable price (breakfast was included). Unfortunately, there was nobody at the spa when we went to inquire. However, we found a little place in town that we’re happy to treat us and we’re very gracious when we tipped them extra for their service.

Spotless room. Staff were super helpful , kind and efficient. I w a solo traveler and they took care of me so well. It was a memorable stay.

The staff were great! Excellent massage! Good food. We could never get hot water for more than a couple of minutes.

This was an amazing location with beautiful scenery. The staff were so sweet and welcoming, the food at the restaurant was great, the spa service was so relaxing. Being able to trek to the local waterfalls right out your door was also a huge bonus. If you are looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay, book here! Just make sure to pack your bug spray!

--gorgeous grounds, charming cottage, amazing views --the place is a bit worn around the edges, but there's enough good stuff here to make it really worthwhile --a hot bath in the bathroom!

Excellent meals and friendly staff. Nice and cool compared to south Bali. Grounds have lots of flowers.

Puri Lumbung has a gorgeous location high in the mountains with stunning views and good hikes to waterfalls. The property is beautifully landscaped. It hosted live traditional music during the dinner hour and one excellent dance performance while we were there. The food in he restaurant is very good. The staff are friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Great accomodation with fabulous view over the valey and rice terraces

We had a beautiful view of the valley and sunsets. A waterfall is right next to the room and was loud but soothing. The path to the waterfalls starts from the hotel. It is confusing at first but then becomes clear. The map is pretty bad, especially around the village.
