Loved the ease of the beach club being right there- room was spacious and clean and great AC!! I loved the view on the balcony and we had a city view even. Great breakfast- such helpful staff- let us store our bags so we could enjoy the city before our room was ready. Most friendly helpful staff Beautiful property- would come again! Great location too! Easy to get to marina by foot and explore the city Right by train station as well

We were looking for a place to stay near the wedding venue we were invited to. We ended up finding one of the most charming hotels in Sorrento with views over the Bay of Naples , with its own Beach access , spacious rooms and most friendly staff. The breakfast was not special but the views on the terrace made up for the lack of the choices at the buffet. We would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful hotel it was. Our family very much appreciated pool and private beach. Hotel upgraded our room to partial sea and partial city view. Will stay again in future.

The staff here were very bad. The room was not available at check in time, even though the hotel was not very busy. We were denied a late checkout in the most abrupt way I’ve seen at a hotel. They said no, and when I started trying to explain that we didn’t get access to our room until late, then had noisy people above us (very thin ceiling) causing us not to get much sleep, the woman hung up on me. The facilities (pool, beach) were run down. You have to walk through a long, dark, dank/musty tunnel to get to the pool/beach area. Ordering food took forever. Would not stay here again.
