Amazing River location, comfortable room, wonderful breakfast and very friendly staff.

Amazing stay. Comfortable, great staff, great location, clean beautiful room. Great restaurant on the rooftop. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely little hotel, but the rooms are quite small and it is difficult to move between floors (check-in on the 5th floor), as the elevator is tiny and habitually in use by others. Good location, next to Ponte Vecchio and a pleasant rooftop restaurant.

There is an osteria on the 5th floor. If you're assigned a room on the 4th floor, be prepared to hear the sound of chairs and tables being dragged across the floor.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Great location with a view of Ponte Vecchio! Staff was very helpful with arrangements before and during our stay (taxi, ice, water refills). Continental-style breakfast was filling and delicious. A great stay for our Florence experience!

The hotel is perfectly located and beautifully decorated in a classic, maximalist style. Just steps from the Ponte vecchio, the windows open for a beautiful view of the Arno. Air conditioned rooms and comfortable beds, and a very helpful and kind front desk. The breakfast is sunny and elegant and the rooftop restaurant is excellent with amazing views. I traveled with a group of 6 (3 double rooms) including 4 very discerning young adults, and we all agreed that this was one of our favorite places that we have stayed.

The property is fantastic in terms of its location and room cleanliness. The breakfast was sufficient to start the day. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, I must mention that the beds are quite uncomfortable, resembling sleeping on a boxspring.

It was in a great location and the staff was super helpful and kind when helping with the crib for our daughter. The breakfast in the morning was great. 10/10 would stay there again!

What a unique hotel! Tall and narrow. Located on the river. Within walking distance of the many tourist sites. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable each morning in their breakfast room. Nice rooftop restaurant, reservations are needed. I would stay here again.

The staff was amazing at this charming hotel! So much to do nearby - we had a view of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The location of this hotel is fantastic - a short walk to everything! The rooftop cafe was so nice!
