Very nice

Very good

Unfortunately there’s a problem with the air conditioning but we weren’t told about it until 10pm that night. I first phoned reception at 4pm and I also went down to speak to them; nobody was able to help us or even give us a fan for our room. Disappointed.

We were really disappointed with our stay. The hotel is very dated and in need of a serious refresh. Our room had a musty smell with a slight urine odor that never really went away. The tops of surfaces, including the safe, were coated in dust, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. We also encountered pests during our short stay. We killed two cockroaches and several smaller bugs in the room, which was extremely unsettling. We didn’t try the Italian or Chinese restaurants, so I can’t comment on those. The “coffee shop” was also confusing and not at all what we expected. There was no actual counter to order coffee. It appeared to simply be the large room where the breakfast buffet is served. We were originally booked for two nights but decided to leave after the first night. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

The hotel was comfortable with views over the river. The hotel was overall tired and needs some updating, front desk staff were excellent and welcoming. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choices

Lack of managment

Only stayed one night. Good location by the river. Enjoyed having drinks & dinner by the river.

Krungsree hotel looks like a lavish large hotel from 1980s era. While it is nice clean big but it looks dated in comparison to modern hotel expectations.. A simple half litre water bottle will be charged. The rooms are all good , clean. Breakfast is lavish, large spread, although not to the likings of a typical indian vegetarian taste. Hasgood parking space for both cars as well as scooters.

During my stay, I discovered that the shampoo bottle in the bathroom was damaged, causing leakage and making it very inconvenient to use. I wonder why the housekeeping team did not check the shampoo bottles before the guests checked in. I promptly reported the issue to the front desk, they send someone change immediately ,but upon check-out, I was asked to pay 150 baht for the damaged bottle and 100 baht for the towel cleaning fee. After explaining the situation to the manager, they only waived the towel fee. However, this handling and the unpleasant communication process did indeed affect my overall experience. I hope the hotel can conduct more thorough inspections of room facilities and ensure staff provide more professional and respectful service, along with showing more understanding and flexibility in customer communication to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. Additionally, I requested an extra bed, but the front desk staff responded very rudely, asking me if I wanted it "now," and when I asked if that was possible, she didn't respond. I had to ask three times , other staff come to said yes to me . This kind of attitude from the staff was very disappointing, especially considering it was around 9 PM, not late at all.

The hotel was nice but the shower water was only warm and cold
