Belle chambre tranquille et près de tous les attraits touristiques

We had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast in Rome and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of many of Rome’s most iconic attractions, including the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. Being able to easily explore the city on foot made our trip even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, including fresh bottled water and a beautiful yellow rose left for us on the second day. A special thank you to Fabio, who was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. He promptly answered all of our questions, provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing, and even arranged transportation back to the airport for us. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. If we return to Rome, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a lovely property for a no-frills stay in a safe location (I am a female solo traveler) close to everything in Rome. Especially close to the Vatican and the ancient quarter of Rome. Fabio is a wonderful host and you instantly feel like part of the family. The room was extremely clean and well-appointed with convenient coffee maker (pods provided), refrigerator, comfy bed and various style pillows, very modern bathroom with excellent water pressure and hot water. There are stairs and an elevator to get you to the entrance of this little gem.

Lovely stay. Provided great restaurant recommendations. Only don’t recommend using hotel to arrange transportation to them from airport on arrival. Do that on your own.

This is a newly renovated room. Very clean and quiet. We had an issue with hot water and they were able to move us to a different room the next day. Communication was great and this place was within walking distance to all tour sites. I would recommend staying here.

Pro-modern room, bathroom, nice location, transfers from airport to hotel to cruise port to hotel to airport Con- difficult to carry luggage on stairs. Elevator is not all the way from ground floor to the floor where the hotel is. No big signs where the hotel is. In a building centuries old, it is divided into several units occupied by other residents. We were placed in Bed and Best Next door. Overpriced .

Nicola was a gracious host - he met us on arrival and showed us to our room. He also graciously arranged our airport transport and was readily communicative whenever we needed dining suggestions or anything. The location was superb - away from the frenetic nature of Rome city center, but with plenty of shopping and dining options and an easy walk to Vatican City. I'd highly recommend this property!
