Great location, excellent room, clean.

This resort is very conveniently located in Sairee beach just at the beginning of it. Quiet enough and away enough to enjoy the quiet but close enough to the party if that’s what you want. Parking for your motor bike available, and the main road is very close by. Close enough to the pier for a 15 min walk. Nearby you have restaurants, dive shops (Simple Life Divers), snorkeling tour on site, breakfast included just across the walkway. Rooms were okay and the pool is right there. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset!!!!

Beautiful location!

Its a small property but convenient in the road which had eateries etc. My room with a direct full beach view was great. The restaurant access is the other side of the road but convenient

Great buffet breakfast. Convenient to most everything you need, Massages, food and shopping.

We were lucky enough to have a beachfront room so our view was amazing, the staff very attentive .The property is at the end of walking street so not noisy, a great place to stay

This hotel could be so good,but it’s condition let’s it down. There needs to be more maintenance, there were problems with hot water, showers that don’t drain properly flooding the bathroom floor, patio door didn’t lock, broken sunbeds. Grubby bed linen and towels. The pools look good and location great for sunset views. The bars and restaurants are nearby which is a positive. The breakfast had limited choice and consistently ran out, the egg station was a positive The transfers from the port were good and well organised. On the whole we were disappointed with the property, and feel it was poor value. We wouldn’t recommend it

Our stay here has been really great! Recommended!

Great little spot. Only downside was the broken pathway leading to the rooms and the construction next door (not the hotels fault but took away from the overall experience.
