This is a very old property and showing signs of wear But for the money it’s a cheap alternative that is clean with friendly staff and close to everything. I would recommend it for solo Travelers rather than a romantic getaway and in my opinion wouldn’t be suitable for families. The staff were very friendly and took care of all my needs. As far as budget hotels go this one’s pretty good.

Clean rooms, good maid service, super friendly and helpful staff overall. I'd like to give 5 stars but there are some things that need attention, especially around the outdoor jacuzzi. I have been there 3 times now and I'll go back again.

Sorry to say but i have stayed at Sutus Court 1 many times and it have always been good. This time is was very bad. Every day during my over 3 weeks stay you had people drilling and hammering from 08.30 in the morning when people try to sleep. Pattaya is a party city and people goes to bed late and wants to sleep in the morning. I stayed at a hotel in Patong during renovation and before i booked they had info about starting making noise 11.00-17.00 and guests only had to pay half the price because of this. So i was very dissaponinted this time no info and the same price for not be able to sleep.
