The room was nice, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the staff were not very welcoming. They didn’t acknowledge our special occasion, and we had to ask for drink vouchers that were supposed to be included. This is not a 5-star hotel. The room also needs maintenance, as the bathroom cabinet door was broken.

とても良い Room had very high ceilings, however the bathroom is just glass (zero privacy if that’s a concern) and lacks any kind of vent. Poor noise insulation from upstairs, with fairly loud running water noise.

I was allocated a fairly spartan disabled room on the ground floor looking into a laneway. The sirloin served at the bar was one of the toughest steaks I've eaten in a while. Overall the place just didn't live up to expectations.

Lovely lovely property - beautiful location, amazing property beautifully restored, appropriate amenities and super super conveniently located. And the staff were really kind.
And the rooftop bar is special!
