The front desk agreed to cancel my reservation and issue a refund, but I have still not received my money. The hotel directed me to Expedia, although the payment appears to be held by the hotel. I would not recommend paying in advance through online booking sites.

I stayed at the hotel for almost 3 weeks. there was no hot water for the most part of my stay. cockroaches in the breakfast room everyday and in my room. I notified the staff and the reply was its the season nothing we can do. Both my arms have been biten by bed bugs, behind my neck, in my feet back of my thighs. could not afford to see a doctor but instead bought cream on my own. wifi never worked for almost 2 weeks in the room. i wish i can post the pictures of my bed bugs. hotel is extremely dirty. please do not even try to check it out, this is a very honest review. will show it all to the doctor here in los angeles and once i get a report will try to post that also on their site. breakfast was very bad and dirty also.

Not a bad establishment. Room inside is nice, but the hotel did not feel high-end. Which I suppose is to be expected for the price. Nothing out of the ordinary though good or bad!

This is a new building and has lot more potential. Their management can pay more attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

The staff were police and curteous. I was given a bigger non smoking room when requested instantly. The rooms were clean and tidy. Well worth the money spent.

We first got a hotel room with bed bug that came out to feed on me, we notified the staff and were moved to two single bed room they sprayed the coachroaches away but after that we saw only one. The moral of the story is pay more and enjoy your trip.

Very disappointed very very disappointed

I booked this hotel via Expedia, I was trying to check in and that room had really very bed smell of smoking so I asked to replace the room and the second room was also same. So I didn't check in and asking for the refund but my refund request was not approved. But for sure, this accommodation was very bad and I must get the refund as I did not use this facility due to poor conditions.
