とても良い Our stay was just ok. Had to ask for towels. Didnt have a shower mat. The view was nice.

we enjoyed our stay, all of the staff including the security person at the parking lot were very friendly and helpful to the guests; breakfast food was awesome

It feels like home and the staff are very excellent and courteous in their service. I love the unlimited coffe and live piano music in the morning and in the afternoon...
The rooms are clean and the breakfast food was delicious.

The staffs are friendly, however we expected that we have a view of the taal on our balcony because when I called to check if the Ambassador suite has a view of the taal, the operator said yes. There’s a cockroach in the room, the cable was annoying because not all the channels were working.

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Friendly and accomodating staff. Area is near a mall. No Wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby area.

They have a amazing and cool hotel to stay on. I like the pool although its small but not bad. The room smells good and clean
