(Allstay Ecotel Yogyakarta)

Hotel booked for 2 pax but toiletries only provided for 1 pax. However, the staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Good knowledge in English.

Staff was lovely. Appreciated 2 bottles of water daily. Breakfast was bountiful. AC worked well and liked hot water pot with tea and coffee on the desk. Hotel rooms could use a paint job. While bedding was clean, it was well worn. Coffee mugs, stirrers and paper they sat on were dirty Staff came to spray ants in the bathroom and glasses and shelf needed better cleaning. It is a good budget hotel with Indonesian rate of $16 but I paid US $38. It would be 2 star at best, not 3

Although have some issue, there can provide the solution with immediate action and some courtersy manner for explaination problem

It’s good, nice staffs

The hotel was clean. Nothing lost during the housekeeping. They still return my deposit during check-out eventhough i misplaced my deposit statement. I had great experience staying at the hotel.

Maybe I only 1 complain for the room.... Please make sure in the interior be it ceramic grout and wall paint look good....

love the lobby design. The room is small but good enough for single business traveler. Price is good and cheap
