The hotel offered a 7/10 review on the booking site but it was actually a 2/10. The hotel offered modern facilities, laundry service, continental breakfast, shuttle to airport and a 1pm check-out. But none of this and more was true or the offer was poor. The complex and room was tired, worn down, dilapidated and felt unclean. Wallpaper coming off walls, floorboards damaged, bathroom shower moldy and blocked. The bed felt unclean with old furnishings. The continental breakfast was packet croissant and broken hard pre-cooked toast. Also, you had to pay for water… but not the milk or juice. No shuttle or laundry service. Our check-out was meant to be 1pm only to come back at 12pm and our room had already been turned over and cleaned (around our existing luggage which was unpacked). I do not recommend to stay.

No service. Room was extremely small. No one at desk most of the time. I do not recommend to anyone.

good reception is not 24/7

This was easliy the worst hotel I"ve ever stayed in. Completely false adverstising from the name of the place "luxary" to the pictures to the description. The place has no parking (paid or unpaid). The rooms are very small, old, and dirty. The bathrooms and showers have mold on the edges and there is no staff at all to assist those who arrive in the evening. This is not a hotel. It's boarding rooms that should cost no more than $50 a night, at most. Avoid at all cost.

Great location for all the famous sites. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe with full time staff attendance.

We arrived late but check in was very easy! Very close to Trevi Fountain and many dining options nearby. Very close to the subway which made it easy to travel within the city.

The room was definitely not what you think when someone says “luxury.” The perks were the location (10 minute walk to Trevi fountain, 20 minute walk to Colosseum, many great shops and restaurants around) PLUS it was sooooo nice having AC for sleeping at night. However, it has clearly not been updated in years. The beds are super uncomfy, we booked a queen room and got two single beds pushed together that felt like sleeping on cardboard. Only 3 flat pillows and a paper thin blanket with a cigarette hole in the middle. The shower had zero pressure unless you pulled the handle out enough for it to spray anywhere except the shower, leaving the bathroom floor soaking wet. I will say, the mirror was such a great size and it was refreshing having counter space. It was weird having to leave our key at the counter each time we left the hotel, as well as having to essentially check back in each time we re-entered. The biggest disappointment was being able to hear every conversation through the walls and in the hallways. No way to get a good sleep in after a late night, what we assume were the cleaning staff are in the hallways making lots of noise by 8am. It’s pretty hard to feel like you can have a normal volume conversation in privacy. Would stay here again if it was the only option available in the area. But honestly, I’d pay a bit more and get some place a little more comfortable.
