Definitely, they didn’t do a good job cleaning the “smoke-free” room as it smelled like cigarette butt. The bathroom’s tiles had mildew spots and the toilet bowl is dirty under seat. The towels were frayed, too. I’m glad the air conditioning works and the bed wasn’t firm. Compared to the 4 other hotels on this trip, this was definitely the worst. The location wasn’t that bad considering the cost per night. I would avoid this in the future, and pay a little more to have a better experience.

Check in at 5pm was quite inconvenient especially with no front desk personnel. The area was slightly ran down but close enough to the main shopping district. The staff was rather kind when he was around

Very nice hotel. Good choice, not too expensive in a convenient área full of shops, bars and restaurants just minutes away. Very well connected by transport.

The staff helped mail the adapter that I accidentally left in the room to my friend's in Seoul. Very kind and nice of them!

Good overall quality to price. Couldnt get more toilet paper, even when they cleaned the room (we got new towels each day but not toilet paper, odd). Front desk situation is quite lacking, says open 5-12 but we never saw anyone there no matter what time we arrived back at the hotel.

It's not a terrible place, but there are definetly some points for improvement. For one, the rooms smelled a bit which seemed to be coming from outside. The rooms themselves were clean, but very small for two persons. Also, the warm water in the shower was hit or miss.

The property has limited desk service. The room was cold and there was a thin blanket. Also, no elevators, so I had to lug my luggage up three flights. As a woman, I felt unsafe there, so after my first night, I wanted to check out early. The manager said no, saying there is a two night minimum. I was not told of that and it was not listed on Expedia's website. i just left and gave up the loss.

Property manager was extremely kind and helpful with providing information. Lobby and building is very nice and sticks out from the surrounding area. The room was also relatively clean.

A great example of how great service, price and nice touches can make staying at quite a small hotel a really pleasurable experience. Thank you.
