良い Hotel is further away from the beachfront than thought and is catering mostly for domestic and Asian tourist. Hotel staff, with the exception of one staff member, are courteous and helpful were possible.

最高 The hotel was charming and the room was always immaculately clean. Everything in Kuta is within a short walk.

少しがっかり Breakfast was disgusting, no one speaks English, house keeping didn’t clean room properly, bed sheets were either ripped or stained, bed sheets were not even big enough for the bed and I kept waking up in the morning to find sheets were on the floor.
For a country that relies so heavily on tourism, this hotel sucks for the industry. Would not recommend to anyone.

とても良い We were only here for a few hours. The room was clean. The air con was a little bit dodgy... cool enough- but could be so much better! The room was spacious. The bed was comfy. As a whole- an above average place!

とても良い We were only here for a few hours. Staff were accomodating. The hotel is relatively new so everything is nice and clean. Close to shops and easy to find.
