Staff so friendly and helpful xxx

There is little to complain about the staff were great the food apart from the standard buffet breakfast supurd and the amentities fantastic even if you are not a golfer. View frim our room even in the awful weather was divine. Will stay again.

Stayed at RACV Cape Schanck Resort on the Mornington Peninsula and had a great time overall. The restaurants and bars are excellent, the views are stunning, and there are some lovely walking trails right on the doorstep. Our room was clean and comfortable with a really good bed. One thing worth knowing: if you book an ocean view room, room service isn’t available out there. It’s only offered in the main building. That said, the staff went above and beyond and were happy to deliver to us when they weren’t slammed, which we really appreciated. Would happily come back.

What an amazing stay at RACV Cape Schanck Resort. The resort is absolutely stunning, with beautiful coastal views, fantastic facilities, and a really relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were warm and accommodating, and the dining options were great. Golf course was fantastic, with amazing views on the back 9.

We had an amazing 2 night stay, the resort has beautiful golf course and ocean views. It was the perfect place to fully unwind. Every staff member was friendly, and Carl deserves a special mention for really elevating our whole experience. Both restaurants served great food, and the massage is an absolute must for anyone looking to relax.

Fantastic overall stay, the only slight negative was the buffet breakfast was very crowded (tables on top of each other, easily can hear the next tables' conversation), we ended up rushing through. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Terrible service completely ruined our anniversary getaway. The staff were unwelcoming and grumpy, especially the arrogant receptionist. On Sunday, restaurant delays meant breakfast took until 10:00 AM. When we asked for a short checkout extension because of their delay, the receptionist rudely demanded a late fee. She then harassed us by calling our room three times in 15 minutes while we frantically packed. A stressful, expensive waste of money.

A beautiful building with stunning views, our room was very spacious, however it wasn’t as clean as it should be. Service was generally very good, we would have liked to be offered another drink at dinner and at breakfast on our second day the sausages and hash browns weren’t replenished on the buffet- we went to look 3 times but the dish was empty.
