Room was big and spacious, however maybe due to the age of the room, the place felt that it didn’t have sufficient lighting. We need to make futon beds ourselves too, not like the previous ones I went to - they usually make it for you. Bath tax per person was applicable in cash only upon checkout.
Breakfast and dinner were nice and the staff were friendly and helpful

Great inn in Izu Kogen. Good food, welcoming staff, nice baths, large rooms, and lots of activities (e.g. pottery making, etc.). Only suggestion would be that a few parts of the inn need a very small amount of maintenance. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a slow paced stay with nice, peaceful, and large hot springs of various types and temperatures. The food was really quite excellent, and in our case served in a private booth. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
