One of the worst JW Marriott properties we have stayed at. Checked in around 1pm and by the time we settled into the room, we headed towards the restaurant in the hotel only to find out that the only option was their fine dining Chinese restaurant. Asked for a quick lunch option and they didn’t have any. The images online show a very posh hotel, but it’s pretty run down. The executive lounge too is quite poor. Will not recommend

The hotel provides services as other 4-5-star hotel does, including breakfast, afternoon tea and light dinner, but the facilities are very dated, for example the rugs in the public area are not pleasant to see.
I would not return to this hotel for my next visit for sure if the hotel remains the same condition.

we went for the top of the range [Lounge access/Executive Floor] and it was everything it should have been
Only problem was that it was on the north side of the river and about 25-30 minutes into town
