I stayed here during the Christmas and New Year Holidays; the rooms are clean, and staff members are very friendly and ready to help with whatever one may need. The hotel has a lovely, clean swimming pool that is such a relief in Bali's weather. The entire hotel is child- and family-friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Had an absolutely lovely, relaxing getaway at mahogany hotel. The rooms are spacious, the pool is fantastic, the bed is very very comfortable.
The restaurant/bar at the pool does delicious food and drinks (definitely recommend the shakshouka for breakfast!)
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have left feeling rested and relaxed!
The hotel is a little bit further from attractions and beaches so a car or scooter is recommended but we managed fine with using grab to get around.
The staff truly make this experience top tier, everyone we spoke with was happy, polite and chatty. Taking the time to learn our names and took the best care of us.

とても良い not easy access to most places but the ITHON only 3 shop fronts away is great and the chef is a gem

The staff was kind, professional and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was also pretty decent. BUT my room was NOT cleaned properly. The bed sheets carried a vwry high odor like it had not been changed after the previous guest. When they eventually changed the linen, the new ones were stained and had silver fish on it!!!!

Staff are just so friendly and professional, breakfast very good lots of choices, room spotlessly clean with good facilities, good location to get around for very reasonable price
